Advanced/intermediate level jazz and hip hop students are invited to a free master class with legendary dancer Maurice Hines. Currently in Boston for his show Tappin’ Thru Life: An Evening with Maurice Hines, which runs at the Cutler Majestic Theatre May 14-19, Mr. Hines is a renowned dancer, actor, choreographer, director and singer. As an artist he has showcased his talents in a variety of settings, including Broadway, stage, TV and film. From the age of five Maurice and his younger brother Gregory performed as a dance duo opening shows for legends such as Lionel Hampton and appeared as a trio with their father on “The Tonight Show” 35 times. Hines has choreographed and directed numerous productions as well as music videos. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to learn from one of the greats!
