Gilad Evron (Playwright) is an Israeli playwright, screenwriter and author. Evron's first script, Bread, was produced by the Israeli television in 1985 and won the Prix Italia (1986) for Best Fictional TV Drama in Europe. Evron's plays have been presented at Israel's major theaters and theater festivals, winning recognition and awards; most notably Jehu (1993) and Ulysses on Bottles (2012) as Best Original Play of the Year and The Prime Minister's Award to a Hebrew Author (1997). Evron was the playwright‐in‐residence at Israel's National Theater, Habima, from 1996‐1998. Evron's plays have been staged in France, Germany and Austria. In 2009 Six Plays, a collection of Evron's plays, was published by Tel‐Aviv University.

Guy Ben‐Aharon (Director / Producing Artistic Director) Born in Israel, Guy is the Producing Artistic Director and Founder of Israeli Stage. After the success of Israeli Stage, Guy was asked by the Goethe‐Institut Boston to develop German Stage, by SwissnexBoston to develop Swiss Stage and by the Austrian Cultural Forum to develop Austrian Stage. Guy is a member of the ROI Global Entrepreneurs Community and a 2013 Theatertreffen International Forum Fellow in Berlin, Germany. A proud Emerson College alum, Guy's dedication to international theatre has resulted in tours up and down the East Coast, garnering profiles and features in The Boston Globe, Ha’aretz, The Improper Bostonian and The Washington Post.

Rob Orchard
In October 2009, theatre producer and educator Rob Orchard became Emerson College’s first Executive Director for the Arts and Stephen G. Langley Chair in Theater Management and Production. Orchard was Managing Director of the Yale Repertory Theatre and School of Drama, where he also served as associate professor and co-chair of the MFA Theatre Administration Program. Following his time at Yale, Orchard was the Founding Managing Director of the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) and subsequently Executive Director, and was the architect for the A.R.T. training Institute and its relationship with the Moscow Art Theatre School, as well as Director of the Loeb Drama Center at Harvard. At the A.R.T. he produced more than 200 works (the vast majority of which were premieres), and worked with many of the world’s most respected directors, playwrights and composers. Orchard has served as chairman of both the Theatre and the Opera/Musical Theatre Panels at the National Endowment for the Arts as well as on numerous other national and local Boards. In 2000, Orchard received the Elliot Norton Award for Sustained Excellence. Most recently he and six others including F. Murray Abraham, Trevor Nunn and Peter Brook received the Moscow Art Theatre’s highest award for Distinguished Service: The Morozov Diamond Award.

Jonathan Soroff is a Boston native and graduated from Duke University. His journalism career began at The Boston Herald, and he's written for everyone from People to London's Royal Academy Magazine. For the past 20 years, he's been the lead columnist for the Improper Bostonian Magazine, and he is the creator of www.itsmylifegetyourown.com He lives in Newton, MA.

Robert Leikind - Director of American Jewish Committee Boston, Guy Ben-Aharon

Robert Leikind has been director of AJC’s Boston since 2008.  During his tenure, AJC Boston has served as a well-regarded leader in Greater Boston and throughout AJC’s global network. Working with a passionate lay and professional team, Rob has proved an innovator in efforts to defend the well-being of the Jewish people, promote human rights and democratic values, and advance Israel’s quest for peace and security.  The result has been a reinvigorated AJC and dramatically increased support across our region. A lawyer by training, Rob began his career as an Assistant District Attorney. After serving as Director of the ADL’s Connecticut and Boston offices, he became Senior Vice President of Hebrew College. Rob has been a frequent contributor to television, radio, social and print media on topics ranging from Israel and anti-Semitism to interfaith relations and civil rights.  He received his bachelor’s degree from Vassar College, an M.S. from Columbia University and his J.D. from the Boston College Law School.

Jeremiah Kissel - Actor, Molly Tobin - Associate Producer of Israeli Stage
Molly is the Former New England Regional Coordinator for Hasbara Fellowships – a leading pro-Israel advocacy organization working with college students throughout the US and Canada. Molly is a graduate of Wheaton College, where she was involved with theatre productions in a backstage capacity. She also served as the first Director of Camp Jori’s theatre programming, creating both a performance and technical skills curriculum for 250 children aged 6-15. She is thrilled to be a part of the emerging Israeli Stage company.

Barry Shrage (President of Combined Jewish Philanthropies), Guy Ben-Aharon
Barry Shrage has served as president of CJP–Greater Boston's Jewish Federation–since 1987. Under Barry's leadership, CJP is focused on three priorities: Jewish education and engaging future generations, strengthening our connection to Israel through community-to-community and people-to-people partnerships, and caring for the most vulnerable in greater Boston. He champions true partnerships between CJP, donors and recipient organizations–inspiring the Jewish community to contribute $53.7 million to CJP’s 2014 Annual Campaign. Barry is one of Israel's most passionate and effective advocates in Boston. More than 20 years ago, he helped establish the Boston-Haifa Connection, a sister city relationship that has resulted in mutually beneficial social programs. Barry was among the first Federation leaders to embrace the power of Taglit-Birthright Israel, and has worked to send 11,000 Boston-area college students on free trips to Israel. CJP's Birthright Israel Campus Initiative has become a national model that empowers students to become lifelong advocates for Israel. He and his wife, Ellie, live in Newton, where they raised their two children. They have three grandchildren.
